Nose: Ripe and concentrated fruit with mineral and spicy touches, notes of blackberry and blueberry jam, toffee and coffee with milk.
Mouth: Concentrated and fleshy mid palate, well balanced and sweet with subtle tannins. Very broad and expressive.
Operating temperature: It is recommended to serve at 16?C.
Pairing: Marmitako, lamb, beef fillets and grilled sea bream.
