another perfect martini

Sorry. Forgot to mention, it goes well with any gin, but is simply perfect with your London Dry of choice. My preference is Tanqueray, but this will work beautifully with any London Dry. Bombay Sapphire to Beafeater also work perfectly with this vermouth.

This will elevate your martini to the sublime. Works beautifully for ratios from 2:1 through to 4:1. Add two olives to match. You don't need a Dirty Martini with this vermouth. Incredibly flavourful and subtle. Simply sublime. The perfect summer drink for when you want to relax and chill.
