Takara Shuzo is one of the biggest Sake, Shochu and Mirin manufacturers in Japan. This nigori sake is made purely with rice and koji, this subtly sweet and smooth junmai nigori sake is a velvety delight.
Nigori sake generally has a milky colour and texture as they are only lightly filtered. Shake before serving to obtain the full flavour and it is advised to be served well-chilled.
