Medium-bodied, the palate has soft and gently rich flavours of white stonefruits melded with nutty oak and lemon-curd MLF flavours.
The mouthfeel has a fine, rounded and concentrated heart with very fine phenolic textures and soft acidity. The wine carries to a light, nuanced finish. This is a soft and gently rich Chardonnay with a rounded core of stonefruit, nutty and lemon-curd MLF flavours with a smooth-textured mouthfeel.
Serve with seafood, poultry and pork over the next 3-4 years.
