"West Cork Irish Stout Cask Matured Blended Irish Whiskey is made from a delicate blend of grain (75%) and malt (25%) whiskey. It is aged in first fill bourbon casks and then finished in casks that had held Black’s of Kinsale Stout which gives an aroma of chocolate, raisins and cracked nuts and a taste of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. This uniquely Irish whiskey is also blended and bottled at 40%."
