Commercial Description

Fresh, aromatic and wonderfully round. This Heritage d'Or M?con-Villages is a pure and white top wine that tells the story of the wine history and traditions - the heritage - of Burgundy. Because if something typifies this beautiful wine from the southernmost region of Burgundy, it is the climate and the soil full of lime and marl that make for beautiful wines. Fresh and lush, dry and fruity. It's all covered in these M?con-Villages. Lush white with the greatness of a Burgundy and yet so pleasantly soft in price.

Together with Beaujolais, M?connais belongs to the southern wine regions of Burgundy. In both areas, which are similar in terms of landscape, many of the same grapes are grown. The area has 43 villages and is divided into seven regions, including M?con-Villages with 43 villages. Only white ones in designated villages are allowed to mention the name M?con-Villages on the label, sometimes supplemented by the name of the relevant licorice. The landscape is dominated by limestone hills, on which the Chardonnay grape thrives. The slightly higher southern temperatures also give the grape a slightly riper character than the same grape in the north, which you can taste in this beautiful Heritage d'Or M?con-Villages AOP Blanc.

Particularly aromatic M?con-Villages
This Heritage d'Or M?con-Villages, made from the Chardonnay grape, sparkles a clear light yellow in the glass. The wine starts somewhat modestly and then spoils the nose with the fresh scents of citrus, some apple and pear and the slightly sweet notes of white roses and honeysuckle. It is this beautiful floweriness that distinguishes the beautiful white wines from M?connais from the other whites from Burgundy. The mouth is also fresh, invigorating and particularly aromatic with apple, apple and a dash of fresh honey that provides an elegant and subtle sweetness. A little grease gives this fresh Heritage d'Or a nice round style.
