White Tropez is a wonderfully stylish fresh ros? from the French wine growing region C?tes de Provence. The ros? is made of 10% Cinsault, 80% Grenache, 5% Syrah and 5% Rolle. The grapes are handpicked and then pressed in a special procedure: the mash is resting in a freezer to be later processed under icy temperatures in order to preserve the full aroma of the wines.
