"A blend of 36% Shiraz, 34% Mataro and 30% Grenache. Opaque dark red black colour with bright dark red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of dark plum and blackberry followed by some black raspberry, liquorice, a hint of dried meat and spice. Rich and joosy palate flavours of blackberry and black raspberry fill the mouth followed by nuances of liquorice and earth with a very spicy finish. Velvet smooth tannins. Good depth with medium to long spicy black raspberry, liquorice and earthy dried meats aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years."
