The Cape Byron Distillery can be found nestled amongst a regenerated native
rainforest in the hinterland of Byron Bay. Co-founded in 2016 by the Brook
family and Jim McEwan who is Scotland’s most awarded distiller (Botanist Gin,
Bruichladdich Whisky, Bowmore Whisky).
Distilled with 25 botanicals, 17 of which are native to our rainforest. Brookie’s Dry Gin is a beautiful Australian interpretation of a classic London Dry Gin.
