Sipped neat, hit by the alcohol & then the plum comes through & strengthens. Black Doris plum was a good choice as it's flavoursome without getting too sweet.

A very nice gin that suited the ambience of the evening

Not as fruity as expected with only a hint of plum coming through, lovely warm notes with an aroma of cinnamon. Very nice gin over ice with a dash of tonic.
