NZ Whisky Co Oamaruvian Revolution 500ml

I’ve recently been involved in tasting several Scottish whiskeys and with true revolutionary fervour this one stands its ground against them. Rich and mellow favour with a smooth mouth feel, it’s the perfect drop to settle down with after a hard day in the field.

My palate is not particularly sensitive but I do know what vinegar tastes like. I like this whiskey and I can taste the red wine influence. This is also noticeable on the nose.

Sharp, biting and generally unpleasant. Completely undrinkable

I was given a bottle as a gift. It is one of the worst Whiskies I have tasted. Condemned to making Christmas cakes.
