Founded in 1877 in Nuits-St-Georges, by a specialist Cremant de Bourgogne producer, Jean Boillot. Produced from Burgundy's native varieties, secondary fermentation takes place in bottle andis then aged for 24 months on its lees for a lovely rich toasty edge.
