To enhance Black Duck?s flavour profile, the maturation period in the beer tanks has been extended so we just need to wait a little longer to keg and bottle our superior. The quality of our beer has never been questioned. When it came to putting it on restaurant tables we thought: ?what?s the best way to show our craft beer is from the Bay?? Creative thinking lead us to become the first brewery in NZ to put beer into wine bottles and create our exclusive and original Cuisine range. Many have now followed our lead.
