"Flamingo Rose is a "teardrop" rose wine made from grapes from our vineyards planted at an altitude of 900 m, on the highest terrace of the Duero River. The grapes are harvested by hand, selecting the bunches in the vineyard itself. The grapes are destemmed and taken to the press, where the free-run juice is collected with the minimum possible maceration. The juice is fermented in a tank with native yeast. After alcoholic fermentation, it is racked to remove the coarse lees, leaving only the fine lees, which are then aged with periodic "batonnages" until the wine is bottled, 4 months later. This wine is aged with periodic "batonnages" until the wine is bottled for 4 months."
