"Part of Signatory's all-new 'Small Batch' series, this Inchgower was chosen from a handful of ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Offering up a rich nose of the usual sherried fruit profile (dark and dried fruits galore), there is an undertone of red wine punch, laced with oranges. With a touch of beeswax then fruity again on the palate, it has a note of caramel and black tea, lingering on chocolate coated brazil nuts."
