Deeply coloured, vibrant youthful plum, cherry and blackberry aromas. The palate is richly concentrated, full and robust in style, primary but balanced. Styled to be a richly flavoured wine with the ability to age well.
A blend of two vineyards, both located in the most sort after sub-regions of McLaren Vale namely Tatachilla and Seaview. Both sub-regions are moderated by the afternoon sea-breeze, ensuring a temperate climate and balanced ripening. The vineyards are both of similar age, planted in the late 1990?s on free-draining alluvial soils over sandy bedrock and limestone.
