Pale straw colour in the glass. Nashi pear with a hint of orange blossom and struck match, flinty complexity. Elegant front palate, off-dry with a wraping mouth feel, soft acidity giving length to the finish.

Hand-picked. Pressed as whole bunches. Fermentation with selected aromatic yeast strains, a portion fermented in older oak. Post fermentation held on light lees to impart additional palate texture, minimal fining.
