Made by Bleasdale who were the first winery established in the Langhorne Creek sub region way back in the 50’s….1850’s that is!
A full bodied, rich red with dark berry fruits and silky tannins…and of course a bit of fizz in the flute! Here’s a few pointers if you’re new to Sparkling Shiraz. 1) Serve it chilled. 2) Try serving it with duck or turkey 3) This is the PERFECT wine to serve on Christmas Day!
