We hand select single malt whiskeys from our distillery that have been patiently matured in Oloroso sherry and American bourbon casks for at least 16 years, then married in a port wine cask for a minimum of 9 months.
Creating with this triple aging a malt with an intense character of red fruits, jam, fig compote, dark chocolate. Highlighting its creaminess accompanied by a very long finish. Thanks to our tradition of more than a century using exotic barrels, we find the harmonious perfection between complexity, elegance and depth.
