White blend emblematic from Respide vineyard, composed of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Coming from plots with a sandy and light soil, this wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks protected from oxygen in order to preserve at best its freshness and fruitiness during tasting. Showing a pale-yellow color with green sheen, the wine offers a nose made of citrus fruits, crunchy fruits, and white flowers. The palate is tasty and refreshing, ideal for appetizer or to start a meal.
COLOR AND NOSE: Bright pale-yellow color with green sheen. Its bouquet, dominated by Sauvignon Blanc, reveals beautiful notes of exotic and citric thiols, underlines by floral aromas (honeysuckle and lily of the valley).
MOUTH: The palate is fresh and intense. it offers a delightful length in the mouth carried by a tonic finish.
FOOD & WINE PAIRING: Ideal to be paired with fish, seafood and goat cheese.
GRAPE VARIETIES AND SOILS: Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING: After delicate pressing, extracted juices ferment at 16 ° C before being stored on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Bottling takes place between 6 and 8 months after harvest.
AGEING: It is suitable for consuming upon purchase but could age up to 3 years.
