The finest New Zealand black whiskey has been ageing for over four years in an ex pinot noir barrel from central otago. We then heavily char the barrel in-house to give us a deep colour and flavour. You will notice the caramel and pinot noir flavours and charred oak give this whiskey a great American favour.
