Individual parcels of Tempranillo and Merlot grown in our Gimblett Gravels Vineyard are carefully selected for freshness and balance. Hand harvested, then gently pressed for careful colour and flavour extraction before a slow fermentation in old French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Brilliant rose petal - salmon in colour. Lifted wild strawberries with underlying savoury notes providing the perfect menagerie. Pomegranate notes are interwoven with toasted pinenuts, whilst palate is volumous and full.
