Using 100% sustainably grown grapes from Comely Bank vineyard in the lower Waihopai Valley, this medium bodied Pinot Noir delivers ripe cherry aromatics, lifted red fruits and a hint of oak. So easy to enjoy now, or can be cellared for 3-5 years.
Colour: Pink rim and deep crimson core.
Nose: Aromatics of ripe cherry, crushed flowers and hints of oak/ tobacco.
Palate: Smooth powdery tannins, strawberry/ cranberry flavours mingle with fresh herb accents.
Food match: Works well with lamb, pork and (of course) duck.
