The whisky bearing the name has been crafted to be as striking as The Paps themselves. This Jura 19-year-old single malt whisky is initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels before being finished in casks that have previously held an astonishing 40 year old Pedro Ximenez sherry. Rich, sweet and spicy, this whisky delivers flavours of ginger cake, vanilla, spiced pear and balsamic glaze, before a long, nutty finish.
