Silvana?s bright, vivacious? and one of the greatest cooks I know. Now Mario won?t touch anything but his reds ? but it somehow seems fitting that Silvana always asks me to open this lively and crisp Grigio when she comes around (she asks quietly, since Mario is hard of hearing!).
