Sauvion Les Bosquets Vouvray. Hailing from the Loire Valley in France this is made by Sauvion and is a rich complex off dry Vouvray with a soft rounded palate. It is a lovely example of the Chenin Blanc grape producing delicious honeyed apple and pear fruit notes that are well balanced and the finish is long and refreshing.
TASTING NOTES
Apples, pears and citrus notes fill the nose which then leads to a palate of honey, lemon juice and orchard flavours.
