That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour. Framboise is served as an aperitif, but can also be used in cooking. Powerful raspberry aromas with a hint of caramel and a slightly sour finish characteristic of lambic beers. Plum and pink color with thin head and decent lacing. Malty intro with some carbonation evident in the mouth. Initial raspberry flavor is subtle and smooth on the tongue but soon becomes bittersweet in the aftertaste.
