I?ve been a massive fan for as long as I can remember, so to get the opportunity to help put together a big rich Barossa beauty was quite frankly a real treat and a bloody privilege. If you want to sound like you know what you are talking about, say something like??There is plenty of fruit weight here, I?m getting mocha and vanilla notes with ripe tannins showing up to the party!? It?s a real corker.
