This special cuvee was first created in 1984 by the Carthusian Fathers to commemorate the 900th anniversary of the founding of the Carthusian Order in 1084 by Saint Bruno.
To create this blend liqueur, the Carthusians have selected liqueurs with different aging profiles. With great aromatic subtlety, it is characterized by a perfect balance between vegetal power and floral delicacy. As a digestif, serve chilled between 12 and 13 ? or over ice to discover all the flavour and aromatic complexity.
