How to use the wine vacuum pump?

Place one of the caps on the bottle and fit the vacuum pump on top.
Pump up and down until you feel resistance, this means that the air has already left the bottle.
Remove the vacuum pump and turn the wheel on the cap to set the date.
Store the wine bottle upright in the refrigerator.
To open you just have to press the cap to let the air in, removing the vacuum so you can remove it and serve the wine.
